AdLab Kicks Off the Next Phase: Round 1 Presentation
On October 23rd in AdLab all agency senior leadership introduced students to best practices during the Round 1 Creative Presentation. The Round 1 Creative Presentation is the first time for teams to show clients creative work and review the strategies that drove that work. After the presentation, clients will choose one concept from the rough concepts shown during the presentation. The creatives get valuable feedback to refine their work into polished deliverables.
During the meeting, Chris Lee, one of the faculty advisors of AdLab, provided some tips on giving a great creative presentation. He used Malala Yousafzai’s Nobel Peace Prize acceptance speech as an example of building on strengths and using simple hand gestures with verbal repetition. He also introduced his top ten ways to share brilliance and sell work.
To prepare for the meeting, AdLabbers are practicing their presentation skills with Eboarders to get guidance and feedback for improvement. We are looking forward to seeing the wonderful work AdLabbers will present to clients!
